Terms of Service — Digital Health Audit
Last updated: May 2026. Draft pending Dragon’s Eye legal review.
1. Acceptance
By submitting a URL through this tool you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, don’t use the tool.
2. What the tool does
The Digital Health Audit (“the Tool”) is operated by Dragon’s Eye Consulting. It produces an automated assessment of a website’s public digital signals and recommends services that Dragon’s Eye offers. The Tool is a marketing and sales-enablement product and is provided free of charge.
3. Authorisation to audit
You may only submit a URL for which you have authority to commission an audit. By submitting, you confirm you are the owner, an authorised representative, or have the owner’s permission. Do not submit URLs to harass, defame, or compete unfairly against the operator of that site.
4. Acceptable use
- One audit per URL per week is sufficient; submitting at higher volume may trigger rate limits.
- Do not attempt to bypass authentication or access non-public parts of any website.
- Do not use the Tool to send mass automated submissions or to scrape Dragon’s Eye’s output for resale.
5. No professional advice
The Tool produces an automated, best-effort analysis. Findings are not legal, financial, security, or compliance advice. We do our best to be accurate, but we do not warrant that the audit is complete or error-free. Decisions you make based on the audit are yours alone.
6. Third-party data
Audit findings may include data sourced from third-party providers such as Google PageSpeed Insights, DataForSEO, and social media platforms. We do not control those providers and are not responsible for the accuracy of their data.
7. Intellectual property
The Tool, its code, and the audit format are owned by Dragon’s Eye and its contractors. Your audit report is yours to use internally; you may not republish it publicly without permission. Aggregate, anonymised insights drawn from many audits may be used by Dragon’s Eye to improve the Tool.
8. Service availability
The Tool is provided “as is”. We may pause, throttle, or discontinue the service at any time. We do not commit to uptime or response time SLAs for the free audit.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dragon’s Eye is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Tool. Our total liability for any direct damages is limited to USD 100.
10. Termination
We may terminate or restrict your access if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Tool at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (IP, liability, governing law) will survive.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Dragon’s Eye is incorporated, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes will be handled in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
[Dragon’s Eye to confirm jurisdiction before publication.]
